Another interesting fact about Mobile Bay is that in summer, the fishes and other crustaceans like lobsters, crabs, shrimps, barnacles, and others swim close to the shores and are caught quite easily. The name for this unusual but natural annual occurrence is a “jubilee” and it is mind-blowing to know that the mobile bay is the only location in the world where this happens often. This event attracts a large number of crowds due to the ease of catching seafood in abundance.
