The Daphne History Museum often referred to as the Daphne Old Methodist Church Museum, is one of the first few churches set up in Baldwin County on the Gulf Coast Area of the Beaches Gulf Coast region and is landmarked as a monument on the National Register of Historic Places. The museum was developed in 1958 with the purpose of serving as a worship center for people living in the city of Daphne, it was then repurposed as a history museum in 2001, committed to enlightening the public on the history of Daphne and its neighboring towns. In the museum, you will find several donated pieces of art like May Day dresses and other fashion accessories that represent local history in Daphne.
